Description: Seeking a strong individual who will assist with the daily operations of an affordable housing property. Which will include but not limited to;
All phases of the resident certification process and maintaining compliance with HUD. Essential functions include, ensuring all required paperwork for move-ins, move-outs, re-certifications and internal transfers are processed in accordance with all HUD requirements, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of preparation assistance with MOR or other regulatory reports, knowledge of HUD’s EIV and TRACS system, assistance with monthly vouchers, EIV process and provide staff support where required. Ensure 100% collection of rents and other charges.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of experience with HUD project-based Section 8 program is preferred or will train the ‘right’ person with only 1 year experience. Ability, willingness, patience, and sensitivity to work with a diverse, low-income population. Must have understanding of the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Handbook 4350.3. Ability to handle multiple tasks and/or projects, set priorities and problem solve. Must have a valid California Driver’s License and proof of current vehicle insurance.
